Anne Marie Duff
Anne-Marie Duff (born in England) is an English actress and narration. Duff was a graduate of Drama Centre London in 1990, made her first television appearances on Trial & Retribution Amongst Women and Aristocrats. Anne-Marie Duff (born 8 October 1970) is a Britsih actor. Anne-Marie Duff is a stage and film actress from England. Her first fame was as Fiona Gallagher during the UK's Shameless series. The Virgin Queen (2006) saw her play Queen Elizabeth in The Virgin Queen, and she was also the lead character in From Darkness (2015). Duff had roles such as Enigma 2001 The Magdalene Sisters French Film 2008 The Last Station Nowhere Boy Before I go to sleep (2015) as well as Suffragette. She was nominated for BAFTA Awards in Best Actress, Best Supporting Actress as well as Best Actress in Shameless The Virgin Queen. In addition to this she won the BAFTA Cymru Award in Best Actress in 2007 for the TV film The History of Mr Polly. Anne-Marie Duff has been a highly successful and award-winning English actress who has established herself on stage, radio and television. The roles she played on Shameless (a British comedy-drama TV series) as well as The Virgin Queen, a television miniseries focusing on The Virgin Queen, a miniseries on television about Elizabeth I garnered her mainstream recognition. Anne Marie has grown into an outstanding theatre actor following more than a decade of stage shows including working for the Royal National Theatre.
